FPC Dispense

GRAND JUNCTION, CO ― October 2013 ― GPD Global, a manufacturer of precision fluid dispensing systems for high-volume 24/7, low-volume/high-mix and R&D production, will exhibit in Stand 214 in Hall A4 at the Productronica International Trade Fair, scheduled to take place November 12 – 15, 2013 at the New Munich Trade Fair Centre in Munich, Germany. On display will be the versatile MAX Series platform for dispensing of SMT glue, solder paste, conductive adhesives, underfill, UV, LED and more, configured with the volumetric PCD4H dispense pump and shown for the first time will be the NCM5000 simplified jetting pump.

With only two screws to disassemble the entire pump and only two wetted parts, jetting cannot be simpler with the NCM 5000. The next-generation dispense platform also will make its debut at Productronica. Simplified programming, operation, and output per footprint are key features of this next generation platform. The patented FPC fluid feed system that ensures a constant feed of fluid to a dispense pump also will be on display. FPC is adaptable to any pump type and will improve the overall dispense repeatability and quality from the start to end of a fluid reservoir.

Stop by Stand 214 in Hall A4 to see the newest in dispense technology first-hand. GPD Global’s PCD, NCM series pumps and FPC will be available for live demonstration.
