Service Contracts


GPD Global offers a variety of service contracts. Choose the complete Extended Warranty agreement (effective beyond a system’s original One Year Warranty) or choose one of the Preventative Maintenance service contracts to complement your needs.

Machine Service contracts help keep systems in production by minimizing system down times and extending system life with:

  • Quick service response time.
  • No waiting for purchase order approvals.
  • Factory Engineering Specialist provides you with top priority assistance as needed by phone and email support.
  • Site visit within 24‑48 hours.


Examples of standard service contracts:

Extended Warranty Service Contract – One Year

Applies to DS Series and MAX Series Fluid Dispense Systems (serial numbers starting 221 or 222).

Includes:

  • Entire year of top priority assistance, as needed, by Phone and Email.
  • Defective Parts and Labor excluding normal wear and tear items such as conveyor belts, pumps, and standard consumables.
  • All expenses: labor, airfare travel expenses, rental cars, lodging, and meals.
  • Extended warranty period coverage for one (1) year starting at ARO.

Our Factory Engineering Specialists provide you with quality customer support when you need top priority assistance. Support is provided by phone, email, priority mail, and/or a site visit/trip within 24‑48 hours or less.

Annual Preventive Maintenance “Health Check” Service Contract – One Year

Applies to DS Series and MAX Series Fluid Dispense Systems (serial numbers starting 221 or 222).

Includes:

  • Entire year of top priority assistance, as needed, by Phone and Email.
  • Spare parts and needed parts are not included.
  • All expenses: labor, airfare travel expenses, rental cars, lodging, and meals.
  • One (1) service call visit for system calibrations and Preventive Maintenance “Health Check” of dispenser on week days (Monday-Friday). System calibrations included:
    • Contour Mapping calibration of system X/Y gantry
    • Scale calibrations
    • Camera calibrations
    • Conveyor calibrations
    • Work area height level checks
    • Touch Probe accuracy tests
  • Customer can select best times available for service visit.

Biannual Preventive Maintenance “Health Check” Service Contract – One Year

Applies to DS Series and MAX Series Fluid Dispense Systems (serial numbers starting 221 or 222).

Includes:

  • Entire year of top priority assistance, as needed, by Phone and Email.
  • Spare parts and needed parts are not included.
  • All expenses: labor, airfare travel expenses, rental cars, lodging, and meals included.
  • Two (2) service call visits per year for system calibrations and Preventive Maintenance “Health Check” of dispenser on a week days (Monday-Friday) or visits can be used as Emergency visits. Each visit is a one (1) day service. System calibrations included:
    • Scale calibrations
    • Camera calibrations
    • Conveyor calibrations
    • Work area height level checks
    • Touch Probe accuracy tests
  • Software upgrades for dispense system FLOware Software.
  • One (1) Contour Mapping calibration during the year. Certified NIST Glass Plate for X/Y Accuracy Mapping is sent to/from facility.

Quarterly Preventive Maintenance Customer Service Contract – One Year

Applies to DS Series and MAX Series Fluid Dispense Systems (serial numbers starting 221 or 222).

Includes:

  • Entire year of top priority assistance, as needed, by Phone and Email.
  • Spare parts and needed parts are not included.
  • All expenses: labor, airfare travel expenses, rental cars, lodging, and meals included.
  • Four (4) service call visits per year on week days (Monday-Friday). These visits can be used for Preventive Maintenance or as Emergency visit(s). Each visit is a one (1) day service. Preventive Maintenance visits include:
    • Preventive Maintenance “health check”
    • Scale calibrations
    • Camera calibrations
    • Conveyor calibrations
    • Work area height level checks
    • Touch Probe accuracy tests
  • Software upgrades for dispense system FLOware Software.
  • One (1) Contour Mapping calibration during the year. Certified NIST Glass Plate for X/Y Accuracy Mapping is sent to/from facility.
