The Precision Auger pump is more versatile – it replaces both the Micro-Dot and HyFlo pumps with a single pump configuration. This single pump now accommodates all auger possibilities – no more changing pump configuration or auger interface!
This new Precision Auger pump is based on the HyFlo format, using the same body geometry and coupler. Additionally, all auger configurations (062, 105, 186) now use a single, standard cartridge form factor.
The motor has changed, so a new control system is required. Programming remains the same with minimal-to-no adjustments required to achieve equivalent quantities.
Features and Benefits of the New Precision Auger Pump
For existing Micro-Dot pump users purchasing new systems, the smaller body form factor is available to maintain compatibility with your current auger/cartridge assemblies. Due to our recent technology advancements, the new pumps use a different motor and control.
The motors are not compatible between the two generations of controls.
For existing HyFlo pump users purchasing new systems, the only change is the motor controls. Cartridges from the legacy HyFlo pump are compatible with the new Precision Auger pump.

As an added benefit for existing HyFlo pump users, the pump is compatible with the new format of auger/cartridge assembly – even if you do not upgrade to the new motor. Our new line up of 062 and 105 augers is now available for installation with your existing pump.
