In side-by-side tests, PCD significantly improved throughput and lowered cycle times compared with auger and jetting dispense methods. Micro dispensing down to 1nl is possible while retaining the ability to dispense beads or area fills.
Unique progressive cavity dispense technology can meter high and low viscosity fluids with ±1% repeatability.
