2 Work Area Sizes, 2 Configurations

The Micro I is a stand-alone liquid dispense system that accommodates both heated and non-heated semiconductor packaging applications. This dispense system offers a work area of 18" x 14" (457 mm x 356 mm) and a footprint of 46" x 39" x 68" (1168 mm x 990 mm x 1727 mm). Micro I is capable of a process speed of up to 20" (508 mm) per second. A pullout electronics drawer and open work area provide easy access for operation and maintenance.

The Micro II inline liquid dispense system is ideally suited for both heated and non-heated semiconductor packaging applications. The work area is 15" x 9" (381 mm x 229 mm), and the footprint is 76" x 39" x 68" (1930 mm x 990 mm x 1727 mm) with conveyor. Optional pre- and post-heat stations are available with convection heat from abient to 100 ° C.
