Service Options for CF-8 & CF-15
Repair^
To avail yourself of our repair option, send us your CF-8 or CF-15 for inspection. We will provide you with a repair estimate for parts and labor. Repairs typically cost between $1,500 and $6,000 depending on machine condition and the parts that need to be replaced. Standard repairs include a 30 day warranty. The minimum quotation preparation charge of $360 is waived if you accept our quote and repairs are made.
Refurbish^
Refurbishment of a CF-8 or CF-15 involves completely disassembly of the machine; repainting the base plate, cabinet, and both vertical support plates; plus replacement of all worn parts; reassembly, calibration, and adjustment to factory specifications. Refurbishment costs $9,850 and includes parts and labor and a 90 day warranty. Lead time is 2 to 3 weeks after receipt of a purchase order.
Rebuild Exchange Program^
We can exchange a rebuilt CF-8 for your used machine at a cost of $12,900. You gain the advantage of no down time in production with this program because you do not have to send us your machine until after receiving a rebuilt machine from us. The rebuilt machine includes a 180 day warranty. Call for availability of rebuilt machines.
